I feel i am going mad! The only way I can explain how I feel is to say that it feels like vertigo - when you go over a very high bridge or look down from a very tall building. This wave comes from nowhere causing a momentary blackness, my arms go numb from my elbows to my hands and my feet do the same, I then get this awful feeling of butterflies in my chest and stomach. After a while it passes but it certainly doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast. How long will this go on? I am on Homeopathic treatment at moment.

I have been on the meds for 4months now for Anxiety Panic Disorder. At first it gave me no problems but recently I noticed that I'm loosing my hair and if I skipped a day or two I get hactic headaches. Is there anything else that I can use besides this Cilift? My moods have changes drastically and I get angry very easily that is just not me. I find myself crying non stop over simple and small matters. Please help I feel like I'm loosing myself
hi i am on cilift now for 5months and urbanol. i feel great with the two combined. i dont want to stop it. because i feel normal and want to live again. how can i stay in this pills.
Hi all, don't go cold turkey. Why would you want to punish yourself? Wean yourself off it until you are skipping days, and remember you might even find the odd brain zap still occurs or nausea and even anger, but persevere. Try and detox with your diet in a healthy sensible way and perhaps drink more water to flush the meds out. All I can say is google, google, and get to know exactly what types of withdrawals you might encounter so you don't get anxious about it. You will be ok. I have started exercising regularly and it has helped tremendously. Rather get natural calming drops, and read up, as this will help you along. But most of all you would need to address why you went on the tabs in the first place. Try and make changes, you won't get a badge for putting up with what is less than perfect for you. You deserve the best. I am sure that nature has a cure for everything, just try and explore what works for you. Keep strong!
my doc prescribed cilift to me... i was on it for 4 months then just stopped taking them because it made me feel really sick. My doc told me it might make me feel horrible the first few weeks but id get back into my sleeping pattern and feel better there after... the first month was horrible, felt nauseous , dizzy, terrible headaches, and actually my anxiety felt worse. i remained on it because my doc said the first few weeks would be horrible so i prepared myself for the worst... the second month i felt no emotion... third month i cried easily out of the blue for no reason... i just finished my fourth month... and completely stopped taking it because i never felt like i was getting any better... now i feel like my head wants to explode most of the time, i throw up because of this nausea, im extremely dizzy and i get black out and numbness in my body... i have cut myself off medication completely hoping that the meds will work through my system really fast because i feel terrible.
I dont sleep... i suffer from insomnia, i still feel depressed... even more than before...
Charmaine, please tell your husband to get off this immediately. I show all the side effects set out by the other people, due to me not taking the meds over weekends. So yesterday I was Hitler and went to the Dr to express my concerns regarding the side effects. "Nothing to worry about there is no side effects'!!!! Please, this Pioson!!! Needless to say I was treated yesterday for heart failure and diabities. I am sorry this does not work for me - Good luck to those that wants to continue on it.
Hi, I have been on cilift 1 tab a day for about 9. Months now and have decided to go cold turkey. I am on day 4 now and have not seen any withdrawal symptoms that I am aware of except imsomnia. Shall I just carry on or can withdrawals still come. Thanks.
Hey DONT EVER GIVE UP!! I am weaning myself of cylift I don't want to live my life as a zombie. Its is hard but you can do it. Very important that you read up so you know what side effects to expect make sure you know all the symptoms so that you don't think you are crazy. You are not crazy, the drug is. The problem is the doctors hand them out willy nilly but never tell you what to expect when you come of because they don't care. If you cut down slowly - brain zaps will occur, angry outburst, crying, wanting to run away etc etc. But the upside is you will start to feel normal as these drugs all numb you and kill your spirit. Find another way to destress. Get low dose Vit B IV's once a week, exercise. When last did you ask yourselft what you truly wish you could do with your life. Stop putting it off. these tabs make us sick. This is coming from someone who had panic attacks since my 20s but these anti depressents just numb the senses and you don't address your issues. Your body is so clever and its trying to tell you something - Listen to it. Change your life/lifestyle, look after yourself, speak up, speak out, know that what you want in life is important. You are important! Anti depressants are no better than street drugs and remove your emotions that you are supposed to feel.
Start today by doing something you love, read happy things, do happy things and if people don't like it tough.
Lots of love and strength because you were born with these but have neglected them.
I have been on Cilift for the past 3 weeks. in the beginning I felt exhausted so decided to take them mid afternoon. works like a charm. I have immense amounts of energy during the day until late at night. 5hrs of sleep seems to work well for me. I feel it has helped with my anxiety and metabolism. I feel happier and have been advised to take them for a 3 month period. I hope I don't get the side affects that are mentioned in most the messages here. I don't get any headaches and maintain my weight in fact loosing more because of Cilift. There is one thing I'm worried about and that is certainly causes one to have no libido at all. this worries me but will get advice form a gp.
I'm on 1/4 cilift a day for a week until I build up to 1 a day. I'm on day 5 & have already noticed quite an improvement in my mood but hearing how many of you picked up a substantial amount of weight, I'm having second thoughts about continuing. Is it a common side effect that most people put on weight with this ad?
Niks maak my gelukkig, hartseer, kwaad ens nie. My kop voel die hele tyd 'dronk' dit voel of my brein beweeg in my skedel. Ek eet my dood.
Why do you want to stop? Because of the stigma? Your brain needs it - don't torture yourself!

Just take it at night time. Don't stop using it.
I am on Cilift for many years. I strongly recomend that you go on 20 mg. 10 Is a very light dose. It will surely make a huge difference.
Ek dink jy moet VREESLIK stadig daarvan af gaan.
Thank you for that! That is exactly the feeling! I was on it for about a year! Have been having withdrawals for about a month. I am almost tempted to start again just to stop this awful feeling!
I have been on Cilift for 5 years, had no weight gain. I went through my pregnancy with it, with no side effects to the baby. Cilift helped alot, I decided to go more natural with a homeopathic approach . The side effects after stopping with Cilift is not fun, I also have dizziness , and that feeling of miss firing inside your head. I am on day 7 now and hopes it goes away soon....
