I have been given this drug for sciatica, it's a 10mg tablet. Does it work and how many do I take.

The English name for this is Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride, it is a muscle relaxant that is used to help relieve the pain associated with the pain than can result from muscle sprains, strains and spasms.

Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

You should only take as much as what your doctor has instructed you to take.
