Hi Cee Cee,

Any idea of what the first abbreviation stands for? My first guess was Cheratussin based on the spelling, but I may be wrong?

To answer your question though, Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine commonly used for allergies, anxiety, nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, etc...

Dexamethasone on the other hand is a corticosteroid used for inflammation, severe allergies, and is prescribed for a number of other purposes as well, including certain types of cancer.

And if you did mean to say Cheratussin, then it makes sense to me in that it's generally used as a cough suppressant. Together these three medications would probably make for a good cough, cold, and allergy combination.
