The pill in description is Clonazepam (1 mg); which is a benzodiazepine derivative with highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, and anxiolytic properties.

I'm not sure about the capital R being the company name. The Manufacturer/Distributer for this particular pill is Alpharma USPD Pharma Pac St. Mary's MPP.
