Hello, you should be able to take them both, as long as your doctor approves.

The FDA classifies Cyclobenzaprine as a muscle relaxant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

Methazolamide may cause side effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, frequent urination and vision changes.
