Before I cover any of these medications, it is important that you know that swelling in the mouth is not a side effect, that can be a sign of a serious allergic reaction and it is very important that you contact your doctor immediately!

Zerodol contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain and swelling.

The common side effects from it can include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

Baralgan contains the active ingredient Analgin or Metimizole, this is another pain reliever.

It is another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, just like the Aceclofenac in the Zerodol.

That means that the side effects profile is the same.

Nexium contains the active ingredient Esomaprazole, this is a proton pump inhibitor that helps reduce the amount of acid your stomach produces, to treat or prevent such conditions as ulcers, GERD, heartburn and Gastritis.

Its side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, abdominal pain and gas.

Out of these medications, you are taking 2 that contain substances that can cause edeme, which is the swelling of your hands and feet.

All nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories can cause fluid retention, which is why those who have had conditions such as congestive heart failure are not supposed to use them.

However, the swelling could also be a sign of the condition I just mentioned, CHF, which usually also involves high blood pressure.

So this, coupled with the swelling in your mouth leads me to very strongly urge you to contact your doctor immediately, because it could be placing your life in danger!!
