This tablet is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Spironolactone, which a potassium sparing diuretic that helps remove excess fluid from the body. It is used to treat conditions such as edema, high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration.
