What is AN511 round white pill on one side & nothing on the other side,do you know what this is?

This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Spironolactone, which is a potassium sparing diuretic that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, congestive heart failure and edema.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration.
