Zoryl M2 Diabetic Medicine Before Or After Food

Is Zoryl m2 supposed to be taken before or after food in the morning? I'm currently taking 2 tablets at night.

When were you instructed to take it?

Normally, it is taken just before a meal, that way it has the time to start working, when you are digesting your meal and will experience the greatest blood sugar elevations.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, flatulence, diarrhea, and hypoglycemia.
