I want to know what this medicine does and what the side effects of this medicine are?

Zerodol TH combines the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Aceclofenac, with the muscle relaxant/analgesic Thiocolchicoside. It is used to treat pain, swelling, muscle spasms and fever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

i took 4 zerodol thod 16 tablets on the suggestion of a doctor,after that I came to khow that I am four weeks pregnant.Is it harmfull for my pregnancy?

I am suffering from upper backache for last six months,consulted rheumatologist and orthopedic ,blood test and X-ray reports of the spine are normal,paracetamol was of no use,cholecalciferol taken for 3 months,once a week,ortho prescribed Zerodol-th,s.o.s which is also not effective,it pains in the upperback severely at a point and spreads after sometime,doing exercises and brisk walking for half an hour,height is 5'3" and weight is 65kg.The pain subsides and again comes back after one or two days,kindly suggest me the further line of treatment
