Yellow Pill Tl 177

My cousin gave me 2 of these pills bc im having unbearable back and body pain. Is it ok to take both?

I wouldn't recommend it, especially since they have no been prescribed for you.

The tablet with this marking contains 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, it is a muscle relaxant and, as such, it can cause depression of the central nervous system, which can result in lowered heart rate, lowered blood pressure and lowered rate of breathing. Taking more than one can potentiate these effects and may cause an overdose, putting your life in danger.

The yellow pill in description is Cyclobenzaprine HCl (10 mg). Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant, typically prescribed to relieve pain and muscle spasms.

As far as dosing goes, the administration guidelines are listed below:
For most patients, the recommended dose of Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets is 5 mg three times a day. Based on individual patient response, the dose may be increased to either 7.5 or 10 mg three times a day. Use of Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets for periods longer than two or three weeks is not recommended.

They are not addictive. I was prescribed them. I had an unbearable back pain so i took 3 of them and could not sleep. Although it is dangerous to take so many i was in need of something to ease the pain.
