i want to try these pills but i dont want to waste my money i have tried so many things to lose weight i am so afraid of wasting my money.i have tried the granade pills & they worked but i couldnt lose weight after i lost 15lb so i just wanted to check out some other pills that will alow me lose weight. i exercise like 4 times a week so i think that should help.anyone out there feeling me tell me something.

Hi Diane I like you already worked out religioulsy and didn't overeat but somehow the weight STILL wasn't budging! I am on my second week on this pill and so far lost 6 lbs in the first weigh in, (I am only weighing myself on Mondays).

How much weight are you looking to lose?

Yes I had 3 drinks this past weekend. Just remember that alcohol lowers your inhibitions and you are more prone to overeat (the munchies). So don't drink too much!!!

Hi Lu thanks 4 getting back to me. i have struggled all my life with being over weight i am just so tired of it, i just had my second kid six months ago & its even harder now to lose weight i am going to try this pill hopefully it works 4 me. would u be able to tell me what r some negatives of this pills, i would really apreciate if u tell me thanks again.

I am looking forward to loseing 20-15lb in two months my weight 155 currently but my goal is 135-140. so hope this works trying to look good 4 the summer.LoL.

does any1 know if its illegal to cross yeduc over 4rm tj ? my mom is going to mexicali & i wanted her to bring me some but i dont want border patrol stoping her because of me.

Ladies, I know that when you loose weight to fast, you gain it back and even more so be carefull. My sister just came back from TJ and she didn't say anything about her being searched, if you get my drift.
Don't starve, don't forget that when the boddy knows that you are not eating, it will start storing calories and you won't loose any pounds. So you might have to excerside more till you get out of it and your body starts burning calories again.

i just had a baby & i am desperate to lose weight before the summer but i dont want to keep wasting my money on buying all

One pill a day in the morning some say b4 u eat but the doc said with a small meal. DONOT have too much caffine in your diet it will result in heart failure. Drink lotts of water. When I was being perscribed them by the doctor he also was giving me water pills and also laxitives. They both can be baught over the counter. I was 265 2 months ago and i am now 220! :) im very excited and am looking forward to loosing more.

The Doc. said the more you eat the more you loose!!! I dont even want to eat but i do. every break at wrk i eat a snack a healthy one of course but YES you have to eat in order to loose weight it would be a waste of money bc you will not loose more than 15 pounds bc the body wont let you.

Annie I started at 251lbs and I'm down to 221also in 8wk but I stopped losing so I didn't take it for this past wk I just started again to today hopefully I'll start losing again can u help me by tell me how u are doing it

@ DIANE = I bring it across all the time and the inspectors have seen it and not said anything. In the US it's called Meridia. You can't take it if you have high blood pressure.
