I'm not that much overweight only looking to trim 10lbs. How much are you looking to lose? Seems like you lost a lot of weight in 4 weeks what is your goal?

Ram I want 2 lose 70 lbs more I started at 251 lbs I want 2 weigh 160 so I have a long way 2 go

I guess the pill is used for extreme weight lose.. It seems most of the people on his sight need to lose in excess of 50lbs or more.

HOLA! I just started taking yeduc this past saturday, so far just dry mouth and no weigh loss. I am hopeful these pills will help me lose the 40 pounds I need to lose. Will keep updating weekly.

Thanks Helena! this is my second week on it and so far i havent seen any difference in the way my clothes fit. I have to keep in mind that its only the second week. thank you for the support!

I lost 6lbs more this wk so I'm down total of 28lbs girls just remember take it in the morning and eat cucumber and jicama and a lot of water good luck monique don't give up email tell me how u r taking it

Hi Helena. i take one a day and i try to eat small meals twice a day. i weighed myself today and i have only lost 4 lbs. i am a little discouraged. i was hopeing it would work right away. thanks for the advice!

Hi Monique,
I think 4lbs is good, some of us can loose it fast end some of us takes awhile to see results. I heard that when you have a lot of weight to loose, at the begining they looses lbs really fast than if you only have like 30lbs to loose. Check what you're eating and pay attention to your body.

Hi Sunshine & Monique
To tell you guys the truth I have something in the morning something lite I do eat at lunch time I don't eat dinner at least not a meal may be just a fruit and during the day cucumbers and jicama and about a gallon of water another thing I noticed is that when I don't drink water I get goosebumps. My sister only lost 2lbs the first week it just deeps on each person and what you eat just remember that the cucumbers and jicama is to keep your metabolism working all day feel free to email me good luck :)

Hello I'm back!! I stop weighin myself I jus go by sizes..I stopped takin pills cus I got this major side pain..thinkin it mite b the yedux..well it wasn't..so I'm back on I started takin one every other day...they do work cus I was wearing snugg size 14..now its 10-11. Ok jus remembr u mus EAT!! JUS PICK UR FOOD WISELY!! N DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! I think if I wod hav not stop I probably b size 9!! But its coo..I'm back on!! I weighed myself yesterday and i have lost 12 lbs. Helena and Sunshine thanks for the advice and encouragement. i eat only once a day and drink tons of water. I am thirsty all the time so that helps me curb my appetite. and i try to go to sleep by 8:30 or 9 cuz thats when i start thinking about food the most. i still want to lose about 12 more lbs. i will check back (now that my computer got turned back on haha) thanks again for the support!

Hi Gaby!
I just started and it is giving me great results. I usually work out 5 days a week 45 minutes of cardio and hadn't lost a pound but now with yeduc I am doing the same I was before 45 minutes of cardio and great results. I am drinking a lot of water and because I am not as hungry I end up eating less at every meal. Good Luck Gaby!

Has anyone taken Yeduc for longer than six months? I heard it was best to stop taking it after 6 months max and then wait to take it again in a month or so. I lost 20+lbs but seemed to stop losing. Should I stop for awhile and then start back up again?

Dania I myself had that same problem but I have lost 26lbs and have been taking it for on my 7th wk. But this past wk I only lost 1lb don't know why I need a bit of help now I was losing from 5-6 lbs a wk can some one please tell me. Lu - u took it before pls email me
