Hi, I am an alcoholic/methamphetamine drug addict and I want to stop using methamphetamine. I was prescribed Xanax 2.0mg pretty much as needed for anxiety and panic attack, moderate explosive disorder, bipolar disorder, but I was taken off the Xanax over a year ago by my own choice. I had run out and was out of town and the withdrawal symptoms were horrible so by the time I saw my primary care doctor, I was past the withdrawal stages and said I wanted to try not taking it and now I am very concerned about my symptoms and especially bcuz I really want to stop using methamphetamine. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm literally looking for a place to get inpatient help and I really want this to work. My lousy CA insurance MediCal/Medicare changed my primary care doctor bcuz I moved and I'm now required to switch to something like Mediconnect?? So I can't simply call my doctor to ask for help. I'm unsure of what I'm headed for and relapse will only make matters even worse than it already is. I lost my mom two years back and attempted suicide bcuz I needed to know she was okay, not bcuz I wanted to die myself. I spiraled down from that point losing my house, car, my lifetime companion (Amer Bulldog/Boxer who was my life), divorced and ultimately got hooked on methamphetamine and alcohol in attempt to cope. Any thoughts on this please don't sugar coat. I'm desperate.

Well simply Cindy, you are smoking Raid bug spray with your methamphetamine use. I honestly have no words that can help you aside from the fact you need in patient detox.
