Why Does Oxycodone Not Show Up In My Blood Work?

I was changed from hydrocodone 10-325 to oxycodone 10 -325. The hydrcodone always showed in my blood tests but through a DNA pharmaceutical screening I was told that I didn't metabolize it well and was changed to oxycodone and all the sudden it did not show in my blood work. I have been accused of not taking my medication! It was stopped and I have been suffering for four months now! I'm really trying to research this because my pcp says it was questioned by a pain management dr that said, I couldn't be taking my meds. I have a failed fusion in my spine from the T-10 to the L-2, I'm diabetic, I have fibromyalgia, spondilosis L-4 and L-5, arthritis in all above and below the surgical areas of my spine. I have gout and chronic kidney problems, I have a large hyaddle hernia. I am suffering so bad without my medication for the pain I have. Please can this be researched and can I finally have an answer as to why the oxycodone will not show up in my blood work ? The first two tests were neg. then the third test showed but, my pcp said my level was not very high. So they will not give me my meds, even though I requested it to be researched, it never was. I have been just left under the bus to try and research this on my own! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
