White Oval Shaped Pill With The Symbol 4 I

my friend gave me a white pill for a headache. it is an oval shaped pill with the symbol 4 I on one side of the pill. there is nothing ele on the other side of the pill.

Tylenol 4 60mg of codeine and 300 of acetaminophen it should have a score down the middle or not but it has only a 4 on it and it white and round.

Actually, the oval tablet with an imprint of 4 I (an uppercase i) contains 400mgs of Ibuprofen, the active ingredient in Motrin, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
