White Oval Pill Ip466
UpdatedI have two pills that are 800 mg Ibuprofen one has I8 on one side and the other pill has IP466 is there any difference in these two pills?

No, they have just been made by different manufacturers. It's pretty common, once a medication is available as a generic and each manufacturer has to use different markings, so the pills can be traced back to them in case of an emergency.

This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
