Where To Get Telmikind-am?

I need Telmikind AM-40mg & Amlodipine tablets for my high blood pressure! Where can I buy it from? Last year I went to India & I brought one year supply! I am out of it!

You don't have a doctor that you see to prescribe medications for you?

And you are completely out?
