What Is This? --bright Orange 1 2 Pill With P On One Side And Other

I found a slightly more than half of a pill. It is bright orange, and has -2 on one side and on the other side, a large P with either an H or an I above it. It was in a pill box and I am wondering what the person who has this pill is using them for. However, it might be a veterinary pill as it was in a drawer where animal meds are kept. I sort of doubt this though. Any ideas?

Without knowing the full imprint, it is going to be difficult to even make a guess at it.

Do you know who was keeping it in that drawer?

I'm also curious as to why you think it isn't a pet medication, if it was in a drawer where they are commonly kept?

It could be anything. I live in a shared space household and community. Probably it is one of my dog's pills (Trazadone?) that I've forgotten. Anyway I threw it out.
