What Is Tabradol

What is this blue pill? The medical office gave it (tabradol) to me for pain. No paperwork on it. I never heard of it. I have not used it and the seals were broken open. The pain cream also. Can you help?

Tabradol is listed as containing Cyclobenzaprine, it is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
