What can happen if you take too many tablets of Predmet 16 mg all at once? Is it life threatening? If someone takes a high dosage at once, what can happen and if you induce vomiting right away, will that help?

According to CIMS, Predmet is a brand of Methylprednisolone from India. That being said, it's a corticosteroid, so in case of overdose you should call 911 or poison control WITHOUT DELAY.
Medline Plus states:
" Symptoms of corticosteroid overdose can include:
- Altered mental status with agitation (psychosis)
- Burning or itching skin
- Convulsions
- Deafness
- Depression
- Dry skin
- High blood pressure
- Increased infection risk
- Muscle weakness
- Nausea and vomiting
- Nervousness
- Sleepiness
- Stopping of menstrual cycle
- Swelling in lower legs, ankles, or feet
- Weak bones (osteoporosis) and bone fractures (seen with long-term use)
- Weakness
- Worsening of health conditions such as stomach inflammation, acid reflux, ulcers, and diabetes
- Some of the above symptoms may develop even when corticosteroids are used correctly "
So the short answer to your question is that yes, there could be life threatening complications from a corticosteroid overdose, including changes to their heart rhythm. I cannot say whether inducing vomiting would be a good idea, it would be up to what they say at 911 or poison control. Hope this helps and wishing you all good health!
