What Are The Uses Of Auroflam Mx?

I had major surgery in May of this year (double masectomy). I believe I did to much to fast and I recently developed a soft tissue injury in my chest area. My Pharmacist recommended Auroflam-mx. I would like to know a little about the drug

Auroflam MX is listed by Aurochem Pharmaceuticals as containing the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsterdoial anti-inflammatory, it is commonly used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, and headache.
