Can certain over the counter medications or prescription medications cause a false positive for Methamphetamine in a blood test?

I just tested positive for metphetimine as well. Im on loratidine, flonase, cymbalta,and omexaoral

I. Tested. Positive. For. Methamphetamine. At. My probation. I. Take the following meds: Well butrin, Buspar, Gabipintin, Internal, Doxipin, and Percacet, on a daily basis. Three days before this test I went to the ER and was given IV morphine, Zofran,and ondoansetrin pepcid omeprazole with prescription for lortab, tramadol, ondansetron, and omeprozole. Could any of these meds cause a false positive for Methamphetamine

That's enough medication to kill a horse that's why she's stumbling and can't remember stuff she needs off three fourths of that medicine!!!!! I'm surprised she's still alive.

I am in a pain management clinic and have a urine drug test every visit. On my last visit I tested positive for methamphetamine! I have never taken or even been around the stuff!! Plz tell me what can cause me to test positive for methamphetamine?!?!

Don't even think about using anything to try to mask your urine drug test results. They also test for any known substance that people use for this purpose.

My baby got taken from me 3 days after her mom got back from prison and I failed a drug test for methamphetamine but I don't do that s***. I use Vicks sprays and ranitidine for my heart burn.

I'm an RN and I believe that epinephrine is frequently added to the novocaine used for numbing, which would definitely cause a false positive for methamphetamine.

I was urine tested, random testing and tested positive for meth, while i was perplexed, i did tell the doctor that i was taken within the last few days. Tylonol, hydrocordone, allerest, cough med, like sudafed and the only thing he was interested in was the vicks inhaler. And he said that the codes for that type of stimulant, is recorded as an (L) for the vicks and my test was an ( A) and he didnt care about any other meds i ingested so whats he talking about? Whats the difference?

Took prednisone that was not prescribed to me for a rash after a ct scan. I see a pain management specialist and have to take a pee test every time I go. Yes I took it same day as pee test in the morning around 6a.m. pee test was at 3p.m. Will it show up in my pee test? If so, as what? I don't want to lose my Dr. She is already moody as it is. If it helps, she is also an anesthesiologist, and often calls to see if I can come in earlier for some appointments. So I have to leave work early to go. So I lose on a hrs pay just to copay 40 dollars. I can't miss my appointments because she is so booked I would run out of the pain meds I do need. And then have to start all over. I hate it...I just need to know if they test for that, if it will show up, and what as if so? Thanks
