I have never heard of it, nor I am finding anything on any pills with this marking, either.
If it is drug that is only for veterinary use, that would make sense, because they are not required to log their imprints with the FDA in the prescription drug databases that we have access to.
The only thing I am find is a psychedelic drug that is sold under 2C-E as its chemical and street name.
