What Is Pan 40 Used For

I have pain in chest / heart...and sometimes breathing problem..after conducting my ECHO test doctor has advised me to take PAN 40 tablets twice a day..

I don't know much about this medicine and am not able to get a proper answer...so kindly help me for the same.

I am an acute diabetics patient for the last 15 years. I had angioplasty in 1999. Angioplastic surgery conducted in the year 1999. Presently through medical check up, it is confirmed that my heart is having no problem. However, diabetics is not controlled. From yesterday night, I feel breathing problem. Bit fatigue. Took food from outside. Constipacy is there. Can I use PAN-40 tabs? What should be he dose? For howmany days?---Regards---Dr.Pahari
