Voveran Injection During Pregnancy
UpdatedIs Voveran safe to use during one's pregnancy?

Voveran is listed as containing the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and these aren't usually recommended during pregnancy. They cause an increased risk of bleeding and so far, they've also not been able to rule out it possibly causing risks to the baby.
Did the patients doctor prescribe this knowing she was pregnant?
I had an intravenous inj. of Voveran 2-3 days ago, and now there is severe pain at the site, to the point where I cannot walk. Could the pain be related to the way it was administered or could there be some other reason? Is there any possibility of this causing other issues in the body?
