There are several tablets on the market that meet this description, so we can only guess at what it was. after taking 50,000 units twice.. I started to get slight pain across the chest... I stopped it.. anyone else ? ## Have you consulted your doctor? Did you have a deficiency in it? That is quite a high amount to be taking and too much of it, even though it is a vital nutrient can be just as dangerous as not enough. I learn from reliable quarters that renerve and renerveplus tabs / capsules are banned in India. Is it true? Our local pharmacy refuses to supply this as the legal process to get the ban removed may take months, if at all. They instead suggest Biocobal plus tabs. Are these reliable and preferable? ## On the ban, I'm sorry, but since it is in India, I know nothing about that. Biocobal contains the active ingredients: 50mgs Calcium, 1mg Mecobalamin, 45mgs Nicotinamide, 3mgs Pyridoxone and 10mgs of Thiamine. This is a B complex vitamin supplement. In India it is commonly given to treat nerve pain, anemia and deficiencies. It does not contain as many nutrients as Renerve or Renerve Plus. Have you spoken to a doctor about what you should use? ## I dont think Renerve is banned in India......

I would like to know the way in which this tablet (Anofer) helps me regulate my periods? ## Anofer is reported to be a multivitamin which contains Carbonyl Iron + Calcium Citrate + Multivitamin + Sodium Docusate. That being said, I'm not sure how it would regulate periods, since this is meant to be a vitamin supplement. Did you see a naturalist doctor who recommended this? Of course, it is possible that taking certain nutrients can have desired effects on the body. It does sound like the ingredients are intended for women because they tend to need iron and calcium, especially around the menstrual cycle. Hope this helps!

pharex vitamin b1b6b12 is safety to take this kind of medicine? ## This pill contains Vitamin B1, B6, and B12; it is used as a dietary supplement. Yes, this B vitamin complex is safe to take; but may or may not be 'necessary' to take if you are not deficient in these vitamins. It would probably be wise to get blood work done before taking multivitamins, so you know which ones you might be low on and which ones you have plenty of. More is not always better when it comes to supplements. Hope this helps!

My mom have a vitamin D deficiency. My auntie just bought a MX Vitamin D that contains 1000 IUs of vitamin D3 cholecalciferol. Is this okay for a particular people who have a vitamin D deficiency?
