I have been clean from Methamphetamine for 6 months, but relapsed. I only used about a dime (.10 - .15). I'm 5'3, around 150 lbs, female, & have a slow metabolism. The last hit I took was around 7:45 am (prior to that smoked from around 10 pm to 2:30 am ). I get randomly drug tested (via state) and of course I call this morning and I was supposed to test today. Where I have to test they do watch you (intensely) and they are very extensive. They also test for Creatine levels. A diluted UA is not ideal but is definitely a better option than dirty/ being able to tell I took a detox from head shop, or not showing. Hello. I'm 25 years old and a female. I have always ha weight issues. But I have tried everything! I have tried eating a lot of meals a day, eat plenty of protein and so on an so fourth. So my question is this the label on bottle says to take one soft gel 1 to 5 times a day with meals, and its 1000mg. Is it only one pill needed or 5 pills? ## Hello, Audrey! How are you? Did you mean 1,000 micrograms? Biotin isn't dosed in milligrams. Those instructions mean that you can take anywhere from one to 5 per day. This is classified by the FDA as a nutritional supplement, but since a deficiency in it is so rare, there actually isn't an RDA for it, but most supplements recommend 5,000mcgs per day. For years I have not really been consistent with vitamin K on a daily basis. Eating broccoli every other day and not really having vitamin K in the days between but my INR results were always consistent ranging between 2.0 and 2.5. Of late my INR are very inconsistent 1.8 one week and 3.5 another and my doctor of course changes the dosage. I want to continue eating my cup of broccoli every other day which is 220 mcg but cannot seem to find a food which I could eat in the in between days to match this amount of vitamin K.
