I'm taking this tablets for the past 3 months. Lately my both lower legs hv dry skin n hv cracks n even peeling off. The lower portion near my ankle is a little red n rashes like. As reported by the FDA, its typical side effect is nausea, due to its potency. Have you been following the dosage instructions? Is this medicine available from the internet? ## I checked on the manufacturer's site mankindpharma.com and they list the HEALTH-OK tablets as a Ginseng, Multivitamin, Multimineral & Amino Acid Supplement. All of these ingredients are over the counter so this or similar products should be readily available online. I have been taking Iberet-Folic 500mg. since 1975. I was expecting my fourth baby and prenatal vitamins made me sick. There was no problem buying them with a prescription until about 2005 or 2006. The Pharmacist told me that they no longer carried them. He told me to try Iberet 500mg. without the folic acid. I tried them and they really helped but now I can't buy them at the pharmacy as of about April of this year. Also, a company named Amide made a generic form of Iberet named Multiret-Folic and they were almost as good as the brand named product. But they pulled the product off of their shelves and told me that they no longer carry the product. PLEASE HELP! Thank you, Marselle A. Unfortunately because there are no markings, the best thing I can suggest is to either have the capsules analyzed by a lab and/or utilize a drug panel kit to see if it contains any illicit drugs. Were you given this by someone at a party or did you find it in a medicine cabinet, etc? Maybe its origin can help rule out a few unlikely suspects or at least narrow down our search efforts in some way. Does anyone else here recognize this?

I have been clean from Methamphetamine for 6 months, but relapsed. I only used about a dime (.10 - .15). I'm 5'3, around 150 lbs, female, & have a slow metabolism. The last hit I took was around 7:45 am (prior to that smoked from around 10 pm to 2:30 am ). I get randomly drug tested (via state) and of course I call this morning and I was supposed to test today. Where I have to test they do watch you (intensely) and they are very extensive. They also test for Creatine levels.
