Generally, low bilirubin isn't a concern, most doctors don't even treat it, because there are so many different things that can cause it. Unless it accompanies other symptoms that may point to there being some other health issue going on, then it's nothing to be concerned about, as reported by the NIH.
The elevate lymphocytes can be due to anything from an infection to more serious conditions, such as cancer.
In most such situations, a doctor will recheck these values a few more times, a few weeks to a month apart each, to see if they correct themselves, or if further testing may be in order.
