I have been suffering from sever spondylosis with numbness in the fingers. The treatment advised was traction and pain killers, which did not really solve my problem. Now for the past few years i found numbness in my left hand fingers throughout the day which makes it very difficult for me to do my work. I was asked to do a nerve test which diagnosed as carpal tunnel syndrome and was advised surgery and a vitamin tablet for the nerve. I did have the surgery; however i opted for acupuncture treatment, which did give me relief for a period of time but now it is persist even more. I find this numbness when i exert myself with work. ## Have the same experience. had carpal tunnel surgery years ago. Also having sciatic pain etc

found in my grandsons pocket. he is known for doing drugs. imprint or letters may have been rubbed off in his pocket. ## The closest match I've seen is a large pink oblong-shaped (though some may refer to it as oval) tablet, containing either 1,000 or 2,000 mcg of Vitamin B12 [cyanocobalamin]...But no matter what it is that we locate on our end, it wont matter unless you can say for sure whether any other imprints/letters were (or weren't) previously apparent on the tablet; otherwise these are just wild guesses. If this can't be determined, then the only truly verifiable method of identification would be to send it to a lab and have them analyze its chemical contents. What are the side effects if we use it for 3 months? ## According to CIMS India, Vibrania is reportedly a Vitamin B12 formulation which contains Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin) 1500 mcg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg, Benfotiamine 150 mg, Inositol 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 3 mg, Folic Acid 1.5 mg, and Chromium Polynicotinate 200 mcg. Such a supplement is generally given for Vitamin B12 deficiency and accompanying symptoms such as anemia and nerve problems such as numbness, tingling, and pain from certain neurological disorders. I was experiencing a tremor in both my hands so was prescribed the above medicine. Now I feel very lethargic and weak. Could these capcules be the cause. ## This is a multivitamin/mineral supplement. Can I take becosule with folvite 5 mg. As I am thal minor I have to take folvite 5 mg everyday. Will becosule improve my digestion or will it lead to a overdose of folic acid. ## It would be best to stick with one, or the other, there is no need to take both. Had TMJ like 40 yrs. Now it is popping I don't believe others hear it just in my head. ## Hello, Kira! How are you? That is one of the typical symptoms of TMJ, according to the NIH. You may also experience jaw pain and stiffness. And there is a chance that others may hear the popping, sometimes it is loud enough to be audible to others. I've had several people comment on mine, when they heard it. Have you consulted your dentist? ## Oh yes in the 80's I had a cast made, but it was not a cute. The latest dentists answer was to file down my bite. This popping just started I have anxiety I think when stressed is the aggravator of the pain. Not sure why popping occurred by it is very aggravating.

I am a 16 year old girl who was diagnosed with a severe vitamin D deficiency last year followed by hypermobility syndrome. For the last few days, I was having pain and a grinding sensation in my right jaw, when I consulted a doctor he said that it was because my collagen is not as strong as it was before and recommended me cartigen plus and gave me a tooth mask made of plastic . After a few days, I have noticed that I am getting the same grinding sensation in my articular capsules ( upper vertebraes of spine). I am very scared because it is spine related. I have know to know that cod liver oil is good for you and have many benfits is that true? ## While it is good for you, it was not very good for the cod. ## It is supposed to be a great source of Omega fatty acids, vitamin A, and vitamin D. If you are going to try this supplement I would highly recommend getting the gel caps which are filled with it instead of buying the oil and having to take a spoon of it LOL. If you'd rather try plant-based supplements which may offer similar benefits look into hemp or flax seed, but I still think that cod liver oil may offer the highest levels of what you want.
