I have tried using many products and have had no success treating black and whiteheads on my skin. Can I use Vitamin E capsules for this problem? Please advise. ## They won't hurt, since they are just vitamin E supplements, but there are also no guarantees that they will help. According to the NIH, they may cause nausea and diarrhea in some people that take them, due to their potency. Have you tried altering your diet and washing your skin more often? What type of soap do you use?

will this tablet put on weight? can i consume it daily after lunch or dinner? will this really help in hair growth and premature hair etc? is this better than pabatab bz ? ## Hi ruhi, From what I can gather, Bitozed Forte is a multivitamin/mineral combination with Biotin and Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B- 5). This multivitamin shouldn't cause weight gain. Biotin is a very popular supplement for the health of the hair, skin, and nails. I've taken a similar supplement with Biotin before and it did seem to make my hair/nails grow faster and stronger. However, there is no way to know for sure how well it will work for until you try it. Where could I find metichol tablets? I need a prescription. ## Hi Ana, I'm not seeing very much definitive information on what Metichol actually is, but other reports here suggest that this supplement contains a combination of Choline (vitamin B4) + Inositol (vitamin B8). To my knowledge Choline and Inositol don't require a prescription, especially since you can easily find vitamins over the counter or online. I wish I could say for certain that these are truly the contents of Metichol... If anyone could help verify the content above that would be great. It just seems a little strange that Metichol related info is so scarce. Makes me wonder if it's made outside of the US... ## Where can I buy metichol? I would like to find a place in Negar, México.

Where can I find mosegor vita syrup here in america and how much does it cost? ## Mosegor vita syrup appears to be a product of the Philippines and therefore I don't think it'll be easy to find here in America. However, one thing you can do as an alternative would be to compile the list of ingredients that it's comprised of and take it into a local compounding pharmacy to see if they can formulate it for you. Is it okay if I take Sangobion Fa and another calcium supplement at the same time? My OB prescribed it but I was wondering if it was an effective combination? what pill is white with pink specks? ## Sorry, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. The NIH doesn't list that as being a common side effect of this medication, the most common ones are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and diarrhea.

Are you currently seeing a doctor for it? Gemcal DS is really a vitamin supplement, not a medication. It is often believed that some nerve pain can be caused or aggravated by a lack of certain vital nutrients. However, this is not going to work like a regular analgesic to alleviate your pain. I am prescribed with this drug for B12 & Calcium defeciancy. Symptoms are Continues Legs pain. I need squeezing or weight on the legs to feel comfortable. Similarly , is the case with whole body. I found a baggie full of pills, round, white, and blank on one side, with VB or VB1 imprinted on the other side, and 10 written underneath it. No results anywhere else. Usually prescription medications have imprints which aren't so vague. Your pill is likely to be one of the following: OTC, diet, energy, herbal supplement, vitamin. Otherwise it could be illicit or foreign. Where did you find the pill? ## Centrum Men's is a A blue oblong pill with C M on one side, with a bisect in between the C and the M. Your tablet could be a Centrum for Men (multi-vitamin).

I am suffering from calf pain for 7 years. The pain is severe after i wake up in the early morning. After 3 to 4 hours the pain subsides. Some times pain remains during day time also. The pain is at the the back side of both legs from buttocks to foot. Consulted several doctors, taken B12, D vitamin and calcium but no use
