Vitamin E For Whiteheads And Blackheads

I have tried using many products and have had no success treating black and whiteheads on my skin. Can I use Vitamin E capsules for this problem? Please advise.

They won't hurt, since they are just vitamin E supplements, but there are also no guarantees that they will help. According to the NIH, they may cause nausea and diarrhea in some people that take them, due to their potency.

Have you tried altering your diet and washing your skin more often? What type of soap do you use?
