Should I Use 1 Evion Capsule 400gm Daily?

i want to know whether taking One capsule of Evion 400 daily would cause an increase in the bad cholestrol... does it contain Fats? i'm actually having cholestrol problem and increased triglycerides... will u suggest me a dose? for taking evion capsules? only for strengthening my muscles....for strong heart and strong nervous system...regards

This is an vitamin E supplement, it is healthy and should not contribute to such problems.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, and diarrhea.

Is there anything else I can help with?
