These are not available, at this time, the first studies that showed they were effective were just done in April of 2013, so more studies and tests will need to be performed, before they are available. Is there anything else I can help with?
what is the medicine in it that makes the movements in your eye after the injection ## Betty, it would be best to consult your doctor to be certain, but I think you may just be feeling it doing its job in your eye. What precisely are you feeling?
I feel that the movement that is in my eye after the jetrea injection has a live parasite which they didn't tell me. I did hear someone say, I wouldn't say that it was live. ## Hello, Betty! How are you doing? No, there is no parasite or anything in it. However, if you are having an odd sensation in your eye, you should consult your doctor to have it checked out. Are there any other questions or concerns?
I have color changes while taking Prolensa, for 2 months 1 x a day. now that I have stopped using Prolensa will my color vision return. No retina problems or nerve damage have be found. ## Hello, Ranrah! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. I really haven't been able to find anything about Prolensa causing this. What has your ophthalmologist said about it? They would most likely know more. Are you certain it isn't changes due to the surgery?
I am type 2 diabetic, currently on Glipizide. On long term Prednisone for polymalgia rheumatica for 2 years. Just had cataract surgery and have been on Durezol for 2 weeks t.i.d. Blood sugars are very erratic since doing the eyedrops. MD says no interaction! but something is going on. Eye surgeon says NOT the eyedrops. Any idea why this is happening? ## The Durezol contains the active ingredient Difluprednate, which is another steroid class medication, just like the Prednisone. So yes, it could be causing the problem, especially if you are still taking the Prednisone, since it means that there are now more steroids in your body and they are known to have an effect on blood sugar levels. Have you doctors given you any ideas for resolution, such as adjusting your diabetes medication? ## I...

Updated in NevanacI am a wide angle glaucoma sufferer and use Cosopt twice a day. I started using 25 mg Trepiline 6 weeks ago. Since then my eyes are inflamed and red most of the time, burning and I have blurred vision. Could it be the Trepiline? ## Based on my research, I've determined that Trepiline is the cause of your symptoms, as these two drugs have no interactions with each other. Side effects of Trepiline (Amitriptyline) can include: -blurred vision -swelling of the face and tongue -yellowing of the skin or eyes All of these are considered to be severe side effects that should be reported to your doctor immediately. Referenced from: I truly hope that you are willing and able to seek out a natural alternative to your underlying condition. These prescription drugs have the worst side effects an...
post jetrea my floaters are too many and obstructing my vision. ## Hello, Miba! Have things improved any? I'd suggest consulting the doctor that administered it. They'd be best qualified to advise you and let you know if what you're experiencing is normal, or not. The drug information does say that if you experience this, you should inform your doctor immediately.
What are the main side effects of Diamox (Acetazolamide) Slow Release Tablets? ## Hello, D. Thomas! How are you? And at this point, I have must agree with you and my opinion shall remain this way, unless someone provides information on this substance and proves otherwise. There have been many people that have asked about it, to be honest, if it cures cancer, I'd like to know about it myself, since my dad is stage 4… However, in spite of my repeated searching of both paid and free resources, I have been unable to find a single piece of information on it, no studies, no identification of the active substance, no mention of it in any resources that I've tried, whatsoever. Does anyone have more specific details on it?
Have Jetrea injection Wednesday - my entire eye is red - have floaters - with bright green lines all over both eye close and open, decreased vision - only see grey shadow - this is day 2 post injection is it normal. ## Hi kakimom, Based on my research, vitreous floaters are listed among the most commonly reported adverse effects of Jetrea injection. Shown below are other potentially serious side effects that you should be aware of while taking this medication: conjunctival hemorrhage, eye pain, photopsia, blurred vision, macular hole, reduced visual acuity, visual impairment, and retinal edema. Although this may explain some of the symptoms you've been experiencing, it would probably be best to contact your doctor as soon as possible so you can prevent this from occurring any more t...
I was diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri and put on Diamox. I live up north and want to relax in the sun while we still have it, but the bottle says to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Why does it say that? ## Because many medications, such as Diamox, make you more sensitive to the effects of the sun, which means you could burn much sooner than you expect, or develop heat stroke much faster than your normally would. Learn more Diamox details here. Thus, sun exposure should be avoided. However, if you really want to spend time out in it and your doctor approves, then you should make sure to cover as much of your body as possible and use a high SPF sun protectant on any exposed skin. Are there any other questions I can help with?
Dr prescribed Nevanac for post cataract operation. Was given the mail in rebate form, which I submitted for the two bottle which I purchased through Walgreens at $75 each. Submitted both receipts with the mail in rebate form and received reimbursement on only one bottle $75 less $40 patient responsibility- received a ck for $35, Have tried calling the rebate # but no live person available to talk to. looks like lots of individuals were treated in the same manner Their agreement on the rebate form is "you will received a rebate check worth your out of pocket cost that exceeds $40" Offer valid for up to 4 bottles. by my calculations I should have a check for $110 NOT $35 Any advice as to how to claim what is rightfully mine from this manufacturer?

the computer stuff even i already make everything bigger 175%. I need a new eyeglass prescription right? Or it's fine? Or i just keep increasing font? ## Hi, Betty! Sorry about the problem that you're having. Yes, you need to see your eye doctor for an updated prescription. Even though increasing the font may help, while on your computer, it doesn't relieve the strain your are placing on your eyes at other times for things you're looking at and can't adjust the size on, such as street signs and etc. For your own safety, especially if you drive, you need to do so as soon as possible. Is there anything else I can help with?
eye drops that start with the letter d... two words second word start with K ## Hi terri, I've checked out several lists of various eye drop brands, and have yet to come across one that fits your description exactly. Dexamethasone (Ophthalmic) is the closest match I'm finding. This happens to be an ophthalmic corticosteroid, prescribed for swelling, itching, redness and irritation of the eyes. You can read more about it here: nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a682869.html Other brand names I found include: Dexair, Dexacidin, and Dexasporin Hopefully this helps to narrow down your search! Please post back if you happen to have any more information to add.
I have had to buy two bottles of Nevanac with two different prescriptions at an out-of-pocket cost to me of $20 for the two. I can't find anywhere on your rebate coupon if the rebate only pertains to one prescription. Please let me know if I qualify for the rebate by combining the two. The total cost per bottle that I have to pay is $30.00 Thank you in advance for the information. ## Hi, Ann! How are you? This website does not manufacture any medications, nor is it affiliated with any manufacturer, it is an information only website. Alcon Pharmaceuticals manufactures Nevanac, so I'd suggest contacting them with your question, you can call them toll free at 800-862-5266. Learn more Nevanac details here. is taking the pill form 5mg piolcarpine, 4 times a day the same as taking it by injection? ## Hi yolie, To my understanding, the answer to your question is no. Differences in the interval timing of your dosing as well as the absorption rate and how it's metabolized, would all likely be enough to render a different reaction to each form of administration. Additionally, different binders and fillers that are be present in the tablets may not necessarily be there in the form of an injection. Inactive ingredients in the tablet, the tablet's film coating, and polishing are: carnauba wax, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, titanium dioxide and more... I'm not sure what other ingredients might be found in the injection vs the tablet, but I can be sure that they...
