Vildagliptin 50 Mg Dosing Regimen

I have been taking 1 Vildagliptin 50 mg and my blood sugar level has decreased. However, I would like to find out whether the Vildagliptin 50 mg tablest can also be cut in half and taken regularly at the 25 mg dosage level to keep my blood sugar within normal range?

What have your blood sugar levels been? Your dosage really depends on that, because if the medication is the only thing lowering it, it could go back up, if you lower the dose.
