I suffer with chronic lower back pain and I've been dignoise with severe arthritis, bursitis, an tenditis in my hip joints. My doctor recently dismissed me from his clinic because he found THC in my system. Therefore he can no longer prescribe me narcartics. Ioooking for a Doctor in my area (Western Michigan/Newaygo county that does not have a problem with prescribing pain meds to patience who suffer with chronic pain. What is a white oval pill with a horizontal divider line that says m 347 on it. Please ID. ## what is it? ## It's a generic pill for vicodin. ## @zak, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oval pill with the imprint M367 on the front and a score on the back. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located. Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. When I give my Dr urine for him to make sure I am taking my pain meds, (I guess to make sure im not selling them?) Does the test tell him HOW MUCH vicodin is in my system, or just that it IS in my system? ## I believe it depends on your situation and y ur being tested because there is more expensive tests they can run that can determine the approx. Amount u have taken same as for benzos they come up as benzos unless they pay for a more expensive test they can actually figure out what specific benzo u have taken.. but if u gettin like a basic urine test for a job they won't pay for the more detailed ones unless its a job to become a dr or cop or fbi or somethin lol.. but I'm sure your dr. Will be doing the less expenszive 1 just to look for any indication of u using the pain meds...

i never take hydros or pain meds ever but wed and thurs i took 2 norcos. (2 total) i had a urine UA the following tuesday at 630pm is that enough time to have it out my system! i drank water but not crazy maybe 4 cups a day some1 help im freaking out! ## Yes i take a 12 panle once a week for court i take about 6 to 5 a week befor it and always it only takes 72 hours.less u r very overwight!!! ## Hydrocodone ( Vicodin) has a half life of 3.8 hrs, you can do the math by deviding the mgs by 2 until you get to 0.01. You will be negative.of You can test yourself with over the counter test. If this one is neg. the lab does not send it for the more accurate test because it is too costly.

does anyone knows if walgreens are gonna discontinue carrying this medication? ## Actually, by January of 2014, there will no longer be any of these combination prescription medications available that will contain more than 325mgs of the Acetaminophen. Due to a request from the FDA because of the risk of liver damage or failure associated with long-term use of high doses of Acetaminophen, as well as the toxicity risk associated with overdose, all such medications are being changed to contain 325mgs as the maximum per dose. I have taken 10mg/325 for a number of years ,IP110 is inferior to M367 and certainly to vicodin or lortab.Dr.Oz brought to my attention that many generics of many drugs can have an efficacy of +or_20% value.My opinion after many years of use of this type of drug is most generics are inferior.I also feel because I am on medicare my options are limited.IP100 is the poorest generic I have been given to this date. ## Hi john bee, It is true that the FDA permits generic formulas to vary by as much as 20% from the active ingredients in brand formulas. 20% is extremely sloppy in my honest opinion! I Would Like To Find A Doctor In Asheboro North Carolina That Prescribes Pain Killers Such As Vicodin. ## I'm sorry, but there's no central listing of what doctor in any given area will prescribe any specific medication. And as to getting these types of medications, especially on the east coast, you'll most likely have to see a pain management specialist if you require them for long-term use. I also ordered the yellow 10 mg hydrocodones from Pakistan. and the first thing I noticed is they made me tired. I laid down after work, before fixing dinner and didn't wake up for two hours. The same thing happened the next time (but only slept an hour). SO I cannot take these things during the day.
