Vicodin In Urine Test

When I give my Dr urine for him to make sure I am taking my pain meds, (I guess to make sure im not selling them?) Does the test tell him HOW MUCH vicodin is in my system, or just that it IS in my system?

I believe it depends on your situation and y ur being tested because there is more expensive tests they can run that can determine the approx. Amount u have taken same as for benzos they come up as benzos unless they pay for a more expensive test they can actually figure out what specific benzo u have taken.. but if u gettin like a basic urine test for a job they won't pay for the more detailed ones unless its a job to become a dr or cop or fbi or somethin lol.. but I'm sure your dr. Will be doing the less expenszive 1 just to look for any indication of u using the pain meds at all unless they have suspicion of u in the past not taking them as directed but u can't get in trouble for taking less ever cuz its a take as needed and some people will fight the pain during the day to function, but if ur abusing it taking more then supposed to its a problem..
