Use Of Trajanta 5

I am a diabetic for past several years. As I already posted that I developed Collitis and was prescribed SaazDS and Morease. Suddenly my FBS and RBS droped to normal and some times below. Previously for diabetes I was prescribe insulin (Novomix 30) twice and Trajanta 5 after lunch, Now I have stopped taking insulin in the morning and reduced in the evening, in the morning now I am taking Trajanta 5. I would like to know the effect of Trajanta on blood sugar
