Use Of Pantosec D Tablet

I have been suggested 'PANTOSEC-D' for migraine. I feel like I have conceived and want to know whether I should take this medicine in this situation. Is it safe to take this medicine during pregnancy?

Pantosec-D is not a migraine medication, it contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone, it used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and Gastritis.

And continued use of it is something you should discuss with your doctor. The active ingredients have been shown to cause fetal harm in animals, but there have been no controlled human studies done.

HI I was recently prescribed to take pantosec. My doctor says I have acid reflux, but I'm not convinced. My issue is I'm always hungry, even when I'm not, if I don't eat I get severe pains in my back and I start burping like crazy, I then have to get my husband to rub my back to feel some relief, but I even up vomiting (mostly loose saliva) there's no burning in my chest or abdomen. Is this acid reflux? I'm having frequent headaches since taking drugs. Please help!
