I am diagnosed with having Hepatitis E. My Doctor prescribed Ursocol 300. In what way does it help? I feel burning in my chest, constipation, etc. Please reply.

My SGPT is 250 and SGOT is 175. I want to reduce this level. My height is 5 feet 4" and my weight is 92kg. Please advise whether ursocol 300 can help?

I am a 53-year-old female. I have undergone hip joint replacement surgery in 2011 and 2012. I had my menopause after that. I have put on a lot of weight now and it is increasing day by day. My Dr has advised me to take Ursocol 300 for 6 months. Will this help in reducing my weight? The Dr has also said that if I don't reduce my weight I will have to get another replacement joint. I have pain all over my body. Please advise.

Result of my SGPT 54,S.Bilirubin 2.4,Hepatitis B(-ve),Hepatitis C (-ve).I took ursocol 300 mg for 1 month.I have affected jaundice about 10 yrs.Now I am 21 yrs old.what should I do.plz, reply me.

60yr women USG report says liver is atrophic in appearance and shows coarsend ecotexture. Portal vein dilated 14.7mm. Spleen mildly enlarged in size 129mm. Diagnosis. Atrophic liver with coarsend ecotexture with dilated portal vein. Mild splenomegaly. Ursocol300 300, Ciplar 40, Aldctone 25 prescribed. Please suggest.

I am advised by Dr. Srikrishna of Apollo Hospital Chennai to take Ursecol for G.I. & fatty liver (before meals). But I find it causes gas to form with a bad smell (like indigestion). Should I change the timing? It works tremendously as revealed from the Blood Report. Please advise.

My father age is about 86 year,nd he is suffering from gallbladder stone in CBT (3) 2 pcs has been removed nd 1 is still contain in CBT area. He is taking ursocol 300 mg last 1 nd half year.Is it right way to go throw or any side effect would be come in near future.Pls advice?

My mother age is 68 years old.
After gallblader operation of my mother,dictor tell that use Ursicol 300 mg at least 3 month 2 times in a day.
Is it right????

Respected Dr Sahab, I am suffering from gastric problem and consulted my doctor who advised USG. In USG my liver are enlarged. Both lobes are 16.78 cm. My doctor advised for Ursocade 300mg two times and Rabesym rd on an empty stomach. I had taken this tablet two times in 3 months but after taking this tablet I suffered from constipation. After 3 months again USG showed that my liver was also enlarged, just slightly less. At present time my liver size is 16.68cm. Doctor advised for Udibon to be taken one time daily. Therefore I request you kindly suggest me what I can do?

Sir i. Am facing a problem in stomach,that when ever i am going to eat food after eating little.bit from it my stomach is pain as burning something inside and i am getting vomiting effect,if i vomited my stomach can get free as older.pls give good session to me.nothing in endoscopy and bariom x_ray and ctscan sir.

My jundise level 3.4 and s creatine level 1.8, sgpt level 840 and day by day it's increasing. I am a diabetic patient and fatty liver now admitted at BIRDEM hospital cabin no 906. Doctor prescribed ursocal 300 mg two tabs in the morning and at night. My b & c virus (-) but e virus is positive.
