Can I take them together without any effects? ## HI, Saud! How are you? Since the Rowatinex is a natural supplement and not an actual medication, it has not been tested for possible problems and interactions with actual medications. The best suggestion I can make is to ask your doctor or chemist/pharmacist, before taking them both. It may be advisable to separate them by a few hours.

I am having irregular periods due to which I am not able to conceive. doctor suggested me premarin tablet and panozen-DSR capsules.i want to know what is the use of these tablets in my case. plz help . ## The Premarin contains synthetic estrogens, but I have to say that it isn't likely to help regulate your cycle and enable you to get pregnant. Estrogen is usually what causes them to be irregular. If they are already irregular and you aren't ovulating, then you'd need some form of Progesterone to help. Are you certain your doctor said Premarin?

Sorry about the problem you're having. I am not aware of any changes having been made to them and nothing is listed in the databases at this time. But the issue might really be that your body has just gotten used to them, so they are no longer working as well for you. Why have you been on them for so long? These are usually just used for short-term treatment, since there are risks associated with long-term use, such as hip fractures.
