I want to take 40 mg pantoprazole while taking rowatinex. Both should be taken on an empty stomach. Can I take them together without any effects? ## HI, Saud! How are you? I am having irregular periods due to which I am not able to conceive. doctor suggested me premarin tablet and panozen-DSR capsules.i want to know what is the use of these tablets in my case. plz help . ## The Premarin contains synthetic estrogens, but I have to say that it isn't likely to help regulate your cycle and enable you to get pregnant. Estrogen is usually what causes them to be irregular. If they are already irregular and you aren't ovulating, then you'd need some form of Progesterone to help. i have been taking wockha protonix 40 for a number of years. I just picked up my prescription and the pills look a darker than usual....they say w434 on them....i have been having stomach problems since i started on the latest batch of pills. has wockha made any changes? ## HI, Cindy! But the issue might really be that your body has just gotten used to them, so they are no longer working as well for you. Why have you been on them for so long? These are usually just used for short-term treatment, since there are risks associated with long-term use, such as hip fractures.

I'm on a pain contract that i take very seriously and they sent me a letter saying my last UA showed up positive for methamphetamine... Can Ranitidine do that? ## On the cheaper less reliable tests, it seems as though anything is possible. False positives are known to occur on them anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. However, according to Wikipedia, Ranitidine is known to cause false positives for methamphetamine on drug tests. I hope you can get this situation sorted out. Have you asked your doctor about getting re-tested?

Hello. I have only been on Lansoprazole for a week following a severe bout of acid reflux - finished up in a&e because they thought it was cardiac chest pain. I feel Ok with the tablets, watching what I eat, but I am getting muscle pain in my lower legs. I purchase Topzole p40 . Is there a generic which I can purchase over the counter, " pharmacy " everytime I need to get a prescription ? ## TopZole contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, which is a "prescription-only" medication here in the US; used to treat erosive esophagitis and other conditions involving excess stomach acid. A family member of mine takes Prilosec (Omeprazole) - which is regarded as an over the counter alternative for these same types of conditions. I'd imagine though, that it may or may not be quite as efficient compared to its prescription counterpart, but certainly worth a try if you need something for excess stomach acid. I have come across a pill of which I cannot identify. Can anyone help?? It is a pink/peach colored round pill with the imprints of G over 51, otherside 150; no score. I'm baffled.
