Can Ranitidine Show Positive For Methamphetamine?

I'm on a pain contract that i take very seriously and they sent me a letter saying my last UA showed up positive for methamphetamine... Can Ranitidine do that?

On the cheaper less reliable tests, it seems as though anything is possible. False positives are known to occur on them anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. However, according to Wikipedia, Ranitidine is known to cause false positives for methamphetamine on drug tests.

I hope you can get this situation sorted out. Have you asked your doctor about getting re-tested?
