From what I could personally gather, it does appear to aid in digestion, which is more than likely its primary indicated use, based on the ingredients.

REVOZYME FORTE : (Trypsin 96 mg,Bromelain 180mg,Rutoside Trihydrate 200 mg)
Total Proteolytic Activity not less then 5000 FIP Unit per tablet (Papain Method)
Description: Revozyme Forte is a combination of Systemic Enzymes which are known for protein splitting and Rutosid Trihydrate increases the strength of the walls of blood capillaries.
Indication: Revozyme Forte is indicated for treatment of odema and inflammation involved in arthritis(RA/OA),Tendonitis,Knee Arthritis,Surgery,Tooth Extraction,Diabetic Nephropathy,Eczema(Atopic Dermatitis)
Mode Of Action: Revozyme Forte in layman language is like a biological vacuum cleaner .Revozyme Forte works on balancing the immune system .
In blood there are lot of mediators of inflammation Exogenous Mediators( Bacteria,Virus,Fungi and micro bacterial pathogens) Endogenous Mediators ( Antibodies,CIC,Cytokines,Fibrin,Amyloid,CRP,Protein Debries)
Ingredients of Revozyme Forte binds with alpha 2 macroglobulin(a2m) and activate it .This activated a2m acts like a magnet to all the unwanted and excessive mediators and attract them to form a complex.
This complex is cleared by macrophages present in abundance in liver.
Thus, Revozyme Forte clears the blood circulation.
Dosage and Administration: 3 tablets a day for adult, children ( 6 years and above) one tablet /10kg upto maximum 3 tablets a day .
Revozyme Forte should be swallowed on an empty stomach (at least 30 min before or 2 hrs after meals) without chewing and rinsed down with plenty of water (at least ¼ liter) for maximum effects.
Pricing & Packing: Revozyme Forte is available in 10 tablet packs in ALU-ALU packing to ensure maximum safety.
MRP is 299/- for 10 tablets.
Side Effects: Revozyme Forte is usually well tolerated. But in few individuals odor less and color less stool may occur, In addition to that a sensation of fullness, flatulence and occasional episodes of nausea with very higher dosage.
In start of the therapy allergic reaction may occur which goes off with continuation of therapy. If continues a Doctor should be consulted with the discontinuation of therapy.
Contradication : Revozyme Forte must not be used in case of known hypersensitivity to its active ingredients. The preparation must not be used by patients with severe inborn or gained coagulation disorders. (E.g- hemophilia, severe liver damage, dialyzed patients).
Pregnancy and Lactation: Administration of Revozyme forte during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
Storage condition: Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

Inflago

Inflago is rational combination of cysteine and serine proteases (Bromelain, Trypsin & Rutoside) for systemic enzyme therapy with antioxidant effects.
Bromelain is cysteine endopeptidase (breaks peptide bonds inside protein molecules) from the stem of the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus). The beneficial effects of Bromelain are due to systemic enzymatic action apart from its proteolytic fraction. Bromelain promotes the absorption of antibiotic drugs.
Rutoside is used as a vascular protectant, reducing capillary permeability and fragility.
Rutoside inhibits platelet aggregation, shows anti-inflammatory activity & Rutoside also strengthens the capillaries.
Trypsin is a serine protease found in the digestive system of human, where it hydrolyses proteins. Trypsin is produced in the pancreas as the inactive proenzyme Trypsinogen.
