Trigabantin Vs Neuropill: Drug Composition

My physician suggested Neuropill 100mg for me. However, due to its lack of availability, the pharmacist recommended Trigabantin 100mg instead. Are both of these tablets identical in composition?

I am a patient with diabetes and I'm currently unable to walk due to weakness. I've been informed that my nervous system is not functioning properly. Consequently, it has been suggested that I use Trigabantin. Could someone please advise me on whether this is the appropriate medication for my condition?
