I have some pills that has MP522 (or possible) NP511 stamped on it in my Tramadol bottle. What gm is it? It is a round white pill the same size and Tramadol AN627 ## Can you double check the imprint and post back? I can't find a Tramadol tablet, or anything else listed that has the markings you've stated and matches this description. DId you receive them this way from your pharmacy?

Tablet is tan, unscored, has a film on it (is not dusty), has R150 on one side. Probably about the size of a #2 pencil eraser or a bit larger. I thought it was Tramadol, Flexeril or something in that class. ## From what I can find, this tablet contains 150mgs of Ranitidine, it is a generic or store brand for Zantac and is available over the counter. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with?

I want to know if tramadol shows as an opiet in a hair follicle test. The company I'm working for does a thirteen panel drug screen. Is that a test that breaks down specified prescribeddrugs for what they are or one that just says there's opiets in your system?? ## While it is a very mild opioid, Tramadol requires a very specific test to detect and is not included in the standard urine tests that are administered. In addition, if you have a prescription for it, then all you have to do is inform them of that, when you go in for testing. Are there any other comments or questions?

I was prescribed Tramadol / acet 37.5 / 325 mg for a pulled muscle I was told take 1 or 2 pills every four hours if needed. The first time I took half a pill only . I do have a sensitive system but not so sensitive that what occur after taking just that half of one pill happened. Within 20 min the pain went away completely I was very tired to the point I needed to lay down within minutes afterwards , I start to halucinate I didn't even fall asleep yet. I remember thinking ( Oh my god ) what is happening I heard of hallucinations but never experienced it myself. I kept telling myself ( go to sleep) eventually it will wear off , on and off I slept through the night , each time I woke up the hallucinations where there. Finally once morning had arrived, the hallucinations were gone. I c...

hello, I am on dextroamphetimine 40 mg a day for ADD symptoms, Tramadol PRN for back pain, Armour Thyroid 150 mcg for hypothyroidism,Cymbalta 120 mg for depression and 10 mg of Abilify both taken at bedtime Advair 100, and albuteral PRN for asthma. I experienced my first cluster headache a month ago. I saw a neurosurgeon and he put me on Divalproex sod dr 250 mg to start twice a day. Will this med interfere with anything I am currently taking? ## Do you have a main doctor that is aware of everything you are taking and is your pharmacy aware of all of them, to check for interactions? There are some possible problems. Mixing the Divalproex with the Cymbalta creates the risk of conditions such as Hyponatremia, which is low blood sodium. And mixing it with the Tramadol and Abilify can incre...

I am an 82 year old female & take one or two tramacet tablets every day for my osteoperosis & back pain for almost 4years. I am now suffering from itching skin, itchy patches on my arms & an itchy scalp. ## Have you consulted your doctor? Tramacet contains the active ingredients Tramadol and Paracetamol and though it isn't common, there is always the slight possibility that you've developed a sudden allergic reaction to it. You should consult your doctor to get to the root of the problem. Are you using anything else new, or taking any other medications?

I'm on Norspan 20mg patches (7 day release). I am scheduled to go for bariatric (gastric sleeve) surgery and was wondering what pain relief I can be given/ask for (Pethidine is obviously out as Norspan is an opiate antagonist, but tramadol may work, but is not as strong as pethidine) ## I'm really not sure what all is available for you to use. Have you discussed it with your doctor? It might be necessary for you to stop the Norspan for awhile, before surgery, so other pain medications can be used. In the U.S. in hospital settings, the most commonly used medication is Dilaudid, which contains the potent narcotic analgesic Hydromorphone:

Does anyone else take tramadol and wellbutrin together. I heard it can cause seizures. ## What you heard is right, regarding the risk of seizures. My research on the interactions between these two drugs quotes the following information as a "high risk" interaction: "MONITOR CLOSELY: The risk of seizures may be increased during coadministration of tramadol with any substance that can reduce the seizure threshold, such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI antidepressants or anorectics), monoamine oxidase inhibitors, neuroleptic agents, central nervous system stimulants, opioids, tricyclic antidepressants, other tricyclic compounds (e.g., cyclobenzaprine, phenothiazines), carbapenems, cholinergic agents, fluoroquinolones, interferons, chloroquine, mefloquine, lindan...

I have long term chronic pain from muscular dystrophy and need an excellent non narcotic drug to replace my vicopro, any suggestions please? ## It's going to be difficult to find one that's non-narcotic and works as well as one. Have you tried Tramadol? You can learn more about it here: Has your doctor suggested anything? ## Thank you so much for the recommendation. Tramadol works OK, not great. We tried it without the vicopro for over year in combination with Aleve and nothing works like the vicopro for me. It's the difference between getting out of bed and taking a shower, etc., or just unable to move at all. I am only taking one vicopro each day and then one or two Tramadols as needed. I am hoping for a non-narcotic that works as well. ## My next suggestion to talk to you...

can you take a tramanol and a m357 back to back? ## I would definitely not recommend doing so. There are potentially harmful or fatal interactions between these two medications. These interaction warnings note the following: "Concomitant use of tramadol increases the seizure risk in patients taking other opioids. These agents are often individually epileptogenic and may have additive effects on seizure threshold during coadministration. CNS- and respiratory-depressant effects may also be additive. In patients who have been previously dependent on or chronically using opioids, tramadol can also reinitiate physical dependence or precipitate withdrawal symptoms. Concomitant use of tramadol and other opioids should be avoided in general. Tramadol should not be used in opioid-dependent p...

Tramadol? K11.? White. Round. Help ## A white, round tablet with the marking of K 11 does not contain Tramadol, or any other type of analgesic. It contains 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergic reactions and anxiety, due to its sedative like effects. can you please provide the details that this pill may use with any other pills? Are there any side effects by doing this? ## It would depend on the specific medications in question. It can cause interactions with quite a few other drugs, but there are far too many for me to be able to list them all here for you. However, if you can post back with the specific ones you need information on, I will gladly check for you. Can you please post back with more details?

can this med cause arrythmea? ## can this drug cause panic attacks or nerviousness? ## can Tramadl cause panic attacks?? ## Yes, though they aren't common side effects, nervousness and anxiety have been reported in a small percentage of people that take Tramadol. Rite, the answer is the same for you, it is very rare, but yes, it has been known to occasionally cause cardiac side effects. Have either one of you consulted your respective doctors?

I have been on Tramadol for at least 9 years now, I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO NSAIDS, and do not like most Narcotic pain meds as they make me feel "yucky". They just took Tramadol off of the $4 list at wal-mart, and Tramadol is expensive, being allergic to NSAIDS is causing major problems in getting pain relief for me, what else can I take for pain that is not an NSAID, and inexpensive???? ## Hi Mindy, In the link below you can view a chart of prescription and non prescription pain medications ranked from weak to strong. You can use this chart to determine what other options you have as far as switching over to a stronger or less expensive medication (odds are though, if you want something higher up on this list, it will likely be more expensive): You may also want to talk to you...

I recently order pills from an online pharmacy, They are suppose to be Tramadol but look nothing like the others ive had. Usually they have an AN on them for the pharmacy company, they are bigger and just say 446 and are white. Curious as to what it is. Its the same lable and everything. Please help! ## Was this by any chance a foreign pharmacy? The reason I ask is because we recently had someone else post about receiving these exact same pills from a foreign pharmacy, however, in his case, he had ordered the muscle relaxant Soma. I can't find any information on a pill with just a 446 on it and thus, we have no idea what they actually contain. Is anyone else familiar with these tablets? ## They are soma's a generic form of them, but that is what they are, I get them once a month...

prescribed 200mg tramadol modified release, twice daily. Is it safe to take paracetamol as well for breakthrough pain ? ## You should ask your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain, but unless they instruct you otherwise, there shouldn't be a problem. There is even a formulation on the market in most countries that couples the Tramadol with the Paracetamol, for better pain control. In the U.S. it is sold under the brand name Ultracet. Is there anything else I can help with?
