Torbugesic & Pet Tinic

My kitten is 12 weeks 6 days old. He had a bad fall. The vet perscribed this medication. When I give this liquid he goes on a choking spree for about 15 min. The medication is sticky. What can I do to help this?

Have you contacted your veterinarian to ask?

To be quite honest, we specialize in details and information on medications for human use and I have never studied their use in animals. Thus, I don't know if there are better ways that you can administer them, or if they can possibly be thinned out. Only your Vet can give you the answers to these questions.

This is the active ingredient and it is just used as a pain reliever, so it may not even be really necessary, unless he was suffering severe pain.
