There is a slight risk that you may be experiencing something dangerous that requires medical treatment. Neither of these medications should cause such a thing. Are you feeling any better? Are you still having the pains?
I was prescribed this medication in 2007 for thyroid because of excessive weight gain. Is this medication out dated or obsolete? ## Hello, TeeTee! How are you? You mean you still have some left from a prescription filled back in 2007? Yes, they would no longer be effective and you should dispose of them. Is there anything else I can help with?

I need to know if essential oils will harm my tsh levels. Finally acceptable after thyroid removal in 2008 (cancerous). I have trouble sleeping and a friend suggested them. ## Hello, Robdel! How are you? I'm sorry, but no evaluations have been done to check essential oils to see if they do. I'd assume they most likely don't, because you don't really absorb much of the oils, at all, but you may want to double check with your doctor to be sure. Does anyone else know more?
I am having sugar for last 23 years and so far it was within nice control.but from last feb2014 my sugar fasting is 170 and pp is always more than 210..last two months doctor prescrobed me higher dose of medicine ie tripride 2 morning and night and combiglyzed 5/500.before lunch.but such increased medication has no effect. Pls suggest me to get conceive.thanku ## Hi siri, Sorry to hear about your situation. Polycystic ovary disease (PCOD) is actually considered to be a common hormonal disorder. However.. from what I've read, the course of treatment is supposed to depend on how severe the symptoms are. One good thing to note is that apparently losing weight can help reduce some of the symptoms associated with PCOD. So it sounds like exercise is definitely one thing that help keep that in check, as it naturally helps maintain your hormonal balance. Some doctors might also recommend that you try certain drugs like clomifene; which are commonly ...
my new dr changed my Synthroid from 125 down to 112 and I am now fatigued , swollen feet, light headedness and wt gain. Is this the reason? Can it cause heart failure? ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? Why did your new doctor change it? Did they check your levels first? Those can be signs of your thyroid levels being out of whack. As to the heart failure, no, I've not heard of it being known to cause that. Do you have a cardiac condition?
Recently diagnosed hypo 12 weeks ago, tsh 59. Got put in 50mcg, felt great for two weeks then Aweful again. Recheck blood work at 6 weeks and tsh down to 9. Dr increased my dose to 88mcg. Felt better for about 2 weeks again, but then terrible again. Gained another couple pounds, zero memory, dry scalp, emotional and moody.. Is it possible I still need an increase? I would have thought b/c the 50mcg reduced me so much the 88 would bring me in normal range. They also found four nodules...3 approaching 9mm. Should I request a biopsy? I would like to try for another child in another month but am nervous now. ## Hello, Michelle! How are you? Unfortunately, those can also be side effects of this medication, especially while you're adjusting to it, which happens each time your dosage needs...

Thnx ## With your symptoms, you sound like you may be suffering hyperparathyroidism. You should get a calcium level along with a PTH level. Have you had surgery to remove one or more of the parathyroids. You have a total of 4 parathyroids and one or more could have turned into benign tumors (adenomas). If you're still having symptoms then there is still something wrong.
i m talking livogen z tab.as i m suffring from hypothyrodism n not able to reduce weight.is it so this tablet helps to reduce weight.but aftter taking tab i started burp.please suggest sum medicine to reduce weight. ## What do you take to treat your thyroid disorder? Many of the medications used can cause weight gain and may make it almost impossible for you to lose weight, while you're taking them.
I was diagnosed hypothyroid on May 20, started on 75mcg levothyroxine that same day. The first few days I let great- more energy, not tired in the evening, not cold all the time. About 5 days into it, I started waking up feeling exhausted like I never have before. I can't walk as fast, and going to the store is exhausting. So is this a temporary side effect, or should I ask for a lower dose? Or just stop taking it altogether? Will this exhausted feeling go away, I feel horrible. Been a little over 2 wks since starting the Levo. Thanks! ## It is most likely temporary, things should improve after about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication, but you may experience tiredness/exhaustion again, in the future, if your dosage is adjusted. You may also experience dizziness...

Updatedhi has anyone taken this pill and has hypothyroid? && has anyone taking synthroid taken this pill? has anyone have had success ? lmk pleae i would really appreciated ## From what I've been reading online, there are many people who find Redotex to be a useful treatment option for hypothyroidism. Apparently it contains 75mcg of triiodothyronine (the same hormone your thyroid would normally produce). However, this medications also contains a number of other questionable ingredients that have been deemed unsafe when used together and even banned in some countries; so researching safety protocols first would be a good idea so you know exactly what you're putting in your body. I hope this helps!
