Hypo-or-hyperthyroidism

i'm 26 years , 150 cm and 38 kg. i diagnosed to have hypothyroidism with TSH 6.72 and Anti Thyroid Antibody 6.25 and FSH 6.3 . if i have hypothyroidism so what is about my weight? it supposed i gain weight not loosing it. this is just confusing. please help me by this issue and advise me how to gain weight under this situation, by medicine or food. pleeeaaase
