Thioctacid 600 Mg

PLEASE CAN YOU INDICATE EXACTLY WHAT THIS MEDICATION IS ALL ABOUT, I AM LED TO BELIEVE THAT THIS MEDICATION IS SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH DIABETIC NEUROPATHY.

Have you tried asking your doctor, or pharmacist?

Unfortunately, this isn't used in the U.S. and Canada, so I can't find any detailed information on it.

Does anyone else know what this is and what it's used for?

Actully I am informed that this medication is infact used in the USA as apparently Doctors would nromally start the pacient with injections, then switch to pills.
